This entire album is really good and some of the songs are so simple yet so effective. Gyroscope is definitely one of those, It seems simple enough, yet it isn't, type of songs. The main riff that repeats throughout this song is just so catchy and great to play.

The tuning is standard C for the electric guitars, but because my acoustic guitar could not be tuned that low without having serious fret buzz, I had to tune it up to standard E and just rearrange the playing method.
