I've had this video in my archives since 2016. It was meant to be a sort of "remember how you played it again" video, as I am usually trying to figure out what parts I played where and how.
It wasn't until recently when I scraped through my videos, that I came across this again and decided to upload it to my channel.
As can be seen from the editing skills, this was way before I started using the green screen and with too much up close video shots. Here I recorded the entire track before the video was shot, kind of like a music video idea. This track was written in 2012 somewhere and, like with all my original musical pieces, it went through a lot of changes until I stuck with this final version.
I used to play in a band called Mind Assault and this is one of the many songs written for this band. You can check out more of their tunes right here on youtube. We have lyrical content in our native language, which is Afrikaans, on some of the tracks and the last album was released many years ago, round about 2011.
