This is a bit of a different episode where we dive into the power of the mind, and we examine some of the mental concepts I use to overcome alternate picking challenges and roadblocks. I hope everyone out there is safe and sound, and i hope you find some interesting info here with some of these philosophies on overcoming physical roadblocks in the picking hand.
