I was working on this ages ago and just tonight I said @#$#@$ it, I'm going to do this and get it done. So, now it's done. Some info below for the curious.
I sang this all live tonight but left an older track I sang a while back up low in the mix so the lead vocal is doubled but not 50/50 more like 80/20. So in spots you can hear that if the timing isn't exact and no, it isn't Dio in there. You can tell cuz later I'm singing different phrasings than him. This track does not have any vocals on it, I d/l it from YT. The guitars are even a bit out of tune but... that's life. I didnt' play it. Then, once I was happy with it (after resinging a COUPLE of parts cuz they weren't cutting it) I tweaked a little here and there and finally got something respectable. I didn't try to copy the Dio sound too much. Just in places.
