AC/DC - Whole Lotta Rosie - cover - Kati Cher - Ken Tamplin Vocal Academy
What better subject is there for a song than an obese Tasmanian woman? That's what AC/DC apparently thought when they wrote the tune “Whole Lotta Rosie”.
The song was the 8th and final track on the band’s album Let There Be Rock and was released back in 1977.
The main riff of the song was used on an earlier version of a different tune called “Dirty Eyes” that used different lyrics but was later heavily edited.
Guns N Roses did their own version of the song and included it on their 1987 UK vinyl singles of “Welcome To The Jungle”.
For today’s performance Kati will be sharing with us her version of the tune. We hope you all enjoy it and please be sure to let us know what you thought!
