SO after my last Chrono Trigger cover a bunch of /r/progmetal nerds were asking me about doing more from the game, with particular emphasis around this track. I had been asking fellow VGM guitarist ToxicxEternity (he's amazing) if he was down for a collab, and it just sorta fell into place as such.

Not a whole lot to say about this cover, it was kinda weird to do but ended up being pretty fun after the initial hump. It's difficult for me to follow through on a cover if I'm not super happy with it pretty much off the bat. It started really coming together around the time Toxic sent his interesting lead ideas, which kinda ended up making the intro a harmonic minor thing, slightly different from the original.

I may have been a little crazy with the percussion with this one again, but you know me I always do that. I just try to be blake richardson on a desktop keyboard okay leave me alone.

oh by the way I want to be productive but I have smash bros now and its making things really hard. I'll do my best ;________;
